When will my order ship?

We aim to produce and ship orders within 4 weekdays from the time orders are placed. However, it can vary between 1 and 10 weekdays depending on demand and inventory. We do all production in-house, by-hand and ask a little bit of patience from our customers knowing that we are always pushing to get orders out as fast as possible without compromising quality. We also welcome customers to reach out before or after placing their order to get a specific shipping date. We will take a close look at our orders, inventory and production schedule in order to give you an exact shipping date. You can message us on IG @culture12ny or email us at culture12ny@gmail.com. Returns & exchanges

General exchanges: We do accept exchanges. We are strict about exchanging items that show any signs of wear and tear, including scents and fragrances. Once we receive the items we will examine them thoroughly. If we find that everything is in good condition we will send out replacements. We only cover shipping costs for errors that we are responsible for, so additional costs for shipping will apply. We ask that customers notify us in advance of the return. Simply email culture12ny@gmail.com explaining your exchange request.

General Returns: We are open to returns. We ask that you only return orders that have not been worn and show no signs of wear-n-tear, or we will not be able to accept the return. Please notify us in advance to inform us of your return. Once the return is inspected and cleared, we will issue you a refund. A restock fee of $10.00 per garment will be applied to all returns that do not fall under the fault of Culture 12.

Case-by-case:Please note that some situations fall outside of the above mentioned. These cases are unique and have to be addressed with careful consideration.

 

What happens if your order is returned to us due to insufficient address?

When you place your order, please make sure you enter a correct and accurate shipping address. If customers enter the wrong shipping address we likely won’t know until your package is returned to us, at which point we will try our best to contact you via email, phone or direct message. you will then need to provide the correct address and we will resend the package with an additional $5-$9 shipping charge considering the error wasn’t caused by us. If we reach out to you and you do not respond within 10 days, we will issue a refund. If you believe you have made an error in your shipping address please contact us asap. Incorrect Shipping Addresses/Undelivered packages

Culture 12 cannot assume responsibility for incorrect mailing addresses.

We are unable to correct addresses once we have already shipped products. If an address needs to be altered/corrected after we have already shipped purchases, the customer is responsible for retrieving the package from the incorrect address and/or communication with delivery service and place or persons who received the package. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for a package that was lost due to incorrect address, so please double check instead of solely relying on the auto fill function.

If the wrong shipping address is entered we must be notified of the correct address before it’s shipped. The corrected address will need to be emailed to us at culture12ny.com or messaged on Instagram at @culture12ny.

We will not be able to refund orders that have a tracking status of “Delivered”, unless an error was made by us. We will always do our part to help you track a lost package.

Staggered delivery?

Customers who order multiple items at a time may receive an email asking if they want their order shipped in two parts, as some items may be ready to ship before others. At that time, they can request that their order be shipped in parts, or all together at a later date specified in the email.
